SOUTH PARIS, MAINE - All Boys Distribution is packing up its bags and heading to this tiny town in the southern portion of Maine. This brings together the sales office, which was based in Palmdale, Calif., and the shipping office, which was in south Florida.
The company's owner, Rob Ragan, said, "We decided to combine both the sales and distribution in one location. The move to Maine was due to the fact I had family and close friends and we found a great location."
The decision was made in April at the same time it was decided upon to turn full ownership of the company to Ragan.
All Boys' David Adamson said, "It was very difficult for us to distribute DVDs out of this location, and distribution of DVDs was not the direction that we wanted go into. We are a production company filming content for our very popular websites. Plus, we couldn't release our own line of DVDs due to the fact that distribution took most of our time. We felt it was time for Rob Ragan to handle the distribution on his own and work out of one location. Rob had done a remarkable job distributing our product in the past and he has done an amazing job selling other studios' DVDs."
Ragan adds, "I now have a very large facility to expand and grow the distribution the way I originally planned on. I'm very happy that we have a very strong line of DVDs that I represent so 2008 is going to be a very good year for AB Distribution."
All Boys exclusively represents studios such as Hot Desert Knights, D&E Productions, Boykakke Films, Sin City Twinks, and the new Finch Woods Productions.
