SAN FRANCISCO - Athletic Model Guild will host a launch party on Friday for the latest AMG Brasil feature, Carnaval. The party will include porn giveaways, Latin go-go dancers and drink specials. DJ Jorge Eclipse will provide entertainment.
Attendees who arrive at the Bench and Bar in Oakland, Calif., before 9 p.m. will be admitted free, and the first 500 guests will receive 25-cent tequila shots and tickets to see JS perform live.
JS is a Latino R&B singer who has appeared in a recurring role on the soap The Young and the Restless. Recently, the ladies of TV talk show The View featured him in a segment about the "Top 25 Sexiest Men in America."
"We're really happy with Carnaval, and we are even happier to be teaming up with the Bench and Bar to promote it," AMG President Dennis Bell said. "They are the biggest gay Latin nightclub in the area, and this is our biggest production of the year thus far. It's a perfect fit."
During the event, AMG Brasil will give away 10 copies of Carnaval and a gift basket that includes each of the studio's 14 Brazilian hardcore releases.
"We want everyone to go home happy," Bell said. "This is a big accomplishment for us, and we want to share it with our fans. With the lineup that we've got set for Friday, there's no doubt in my mind that everyone will go home with a smile on their lips and a tent in their pants."
The studio also will present a slideshow of soft-core photographs from the Carnaval set.
With a run time of 100 minutes, Carnaval stars a cast of nine Rio de Janeiro men, including Lucas Lucky, Marcelo Mastro, Rick Garcia, Jeff Silva, Jack Benelli and Junior Ronaldo. Bell, who directed, recreated the spirit of the notorious pre-Lenten celebration by interspersing footage of the festival with uninterrupted hardcore sex scenes.
"Carnaval has been my favorite movie in terms of production thus far," Bell said. "Because it was based on Carnaval, there was a really celebratory feeling during filming. Of course, it didn't hurt that we had one of the hottest lineups to date on an AMG Brasil production. The scene between Lucas Lucky and Marcelo Mastro is enough to drive any sane man mad. They had chemistry like I've never seen in my 15 years of working in porn."
