AMG Launches Studio Podcast

EL CERRITO, Calif. - Athletic Model Guild has launched AMG Podcast, a series of audio recordings that will serve as promotional vehicles for upcoming productions. The podcasts are available on iTunes by searching for "Athletic Model Guild" or "AMG Brasil."

Fans can find additional hardcore content related to the podcasts on the AMG page at podcasting site Libsyn.

According to AMG, the podcasts will include trailers, teasers, exclusive on-set footage and other short-format video content. The studio already has released nine teasers and a hardcore trailer for the upcoming AMG Brasil release Rio. The teasers contain interviews with each of the film's nine cast members as well as segments from their sex scenes.

"We wanted to do something special for the release of Rio, because it's a movie unlike any other ever produced by AMG," the studio's promotions manager, Christopher Trout, said. "We were already in the process of creating the podcast, and we figured this was the perfect opportunity to prove that just because we're an old studio doesn't mean we can't learn new tricks."

AMG president Dennis Bell said the video teasers present the cast of Rio in a way unlike they've been seen before: not only as models, but also as people. In their interviews, the models were encouraged to be candid about their lives. Bell said he wanted them to be completely honest.

"I believe that Brazilians, specifically the Cariocas of Rio [de Janeiro], are sex addicts by nature," newcomer Rodolfo Guerra said in his interview. "I really like raunchy sex and orgies. I like to fill my life with experience."

Rick Garcia, who graced the cover of previous AMG Brasil feature Carnaval, revealed his foray into gay porn does not reflect his personal preferences.

"I consider myself straight, because the relation that I have with guys is just for escort work or movies, this stuff," Garcia said.

"Of course, the models were asked to be honest, but from the look on Rick's face when Alex Frias is fucking him, it seems like he's got a pretty liberal definition of what it means to be straight," Bell said.

"Our fans want to know these models, and because they are in Brazil, there's little access to them," Bell said, brushing aside the suggestion that fans might not be as fond of the models once they got to know them. "Their interviews in Rio will only make [fans] feel closer to the men that they lust after."
