SAN FRANCISCO - Falcon has announced that it has completed arbitration between it and Sureflix. The result of the arbitration ensures that Sureflix, parent company of Maleflixxx, will take off all Falcon content from its sites on or before March 2008. Falcon's VOD content will then be provided by AEBN/NakedSword.
Todd Montgomery, CEO of Falcon, says, "It is unfortunate that our companies had to go to the expense and inconvenience of arbitration to resolve the issue of determining when Falcon's content will be removed from Sureflix/MaleFlixx, enabling us to move forward with the exclusive agreement executed between AEBN/NakedSword and Falcon in November 2006. Throughout this process, AEBN/NakedSword has proven to be a supportive business partner and further solidified for us the decision to make them our exclusive VOD provider."
Eric Johnson, president of Sureflix, says, "We are also pleased with the outcome of the arbitration and look forward to doing business with Falcon until the end of their contract in March 2008."
Falcon will unveil new projects this fall as well, including its first VOD-only movie, the relaunch of the Falcon International and Jocks lines, which will be available via AEBN/NakedSword, and a Best of Falcon site to coincide with the studio's 35th anniversary.
