Beginning Friday, March 3, Los Angeles' only gay cinema, the TomKat Theater, once again hosts the Gino Colbert Film Festival. It will run through March 16.
The lineup features a triple bill each week of classics and premieres. March 3-9 will see the world premiere of Colbert's Four Score. Its sequel, Four Score 2 will debut March 10-16.
The Four Score movies contain four individual stories each, a format mastered by Colbert, and introduce Colbert's "Asian sex machine" star Eric Hung and another newcomer, Juan Casannova. Also in the ten-man cast are Trevor Knight, Nick Capra, Matthew, and Brady Martin.
Four Score 2's cast includes Brad Rock, Trevor Knight, Jason Crew, Markie, and Eric Hung.
Among the Colbert classics to be screened are Three Brothers, starring Vince, Hal, and Shane Rockland, Men in Blue, and Motel Sex, all of which were given their world premieres at the TomKat.
The TomKat Theater is located at 7734 Santa Monica Blvd., W. Hollywood, CA. The box office phone is 323-650-9551.
