tyes.by.tara is a Denver-based company with humble beginnings.  Founded in a small apartment in 2008 by MBA graduate Tara Christine, tyes.by.tara grew out of the concept of twisting traditional male accessories into girly sugar-coated jewelry confections.  Tara started with a necktie from a Halloween costume and re-engineered it to be an acceptable and everyday wearable baubles for ladies to enjoy.   Today, tyes.by.tara can be found in large chains to small independent stores across the US, Mexico, Canada and Australia.
