Notorious Spitzer escort Ashley Dupre is facing a lawsuit for using another woman's identity when she gave permission for her image to be used in a 'Girls Gone Wild' video.

'Girls Gone Wild' creator Joe Francis recently announced plans to release the video of an underage Dupre, shot in Florida during spring break 2003. In her on-camera model release, Dupre gave the name 'Amber Arpaio' and flashed a New Jersey driver's license with Arapaio's name and a birth date making her appear to be in her 20s.

Amber Arpaio filed suit against Dupre July 11 in U.S. District Court in New Jersey. She is also suing 'Girls Gone Wild' over the video, claiming the producers never contacted her before releasing her name to the public.

Arpaio's lawsuit seeks punitive and exemplary damages "in an amount appropriate to punish and make an example of Defendants."

Meanwhile, Francis was back in court this morning in Panama City, Fla., dealing with legal hassles related to his 2006 plea deal for 2257 record-keeping violations. A separate civil trial in that case is set to begin Aug. 4 in Panama City.
