The COLT Anal Douche is a simple black-and-red, bulb-style enema kit that includes two insertable tips and a latex/rubber plunger. The larger of the two insertables has an adjustable tip to allow control over the flow of water, although the size of the bulb/plunger is too small for this to matter. The packaging features COLT Man Franco Corelli and should appeal to gay customers. Cal Exotics also has the same anal douche in a reversed red-and-black color scheme for heterosexual customers.
