Cal Exotics Launches Retail Recognition Program

CHINO, Calif. – California Exotic Novelties launched an "Outstanding Retailer" program this month, honoring impressive merchandising and sales by stores carrying its product line.

 

The winning locations will be chosen by Cal Exotics staff, which travels worldwide to visit retail locations. The company says it also expects its distributors to nominate outstanding prospects.

 

"We're always impressed by the great efforts retailers make, merchandising and displaying our product lines," says Susan Colvin, founder and president. "So we feel that some recognition is in order."

 

Recognized stores will receive a Plexiglas plaque bearing the Cal Exotics logo and the words "Outstanding Retailer." Running into 2009, Colvin and her team expect the program will be a hit with stores-and spur them to even greater sales successes.

 

"Retailers will see this as an opportunity to energize their display efforts," says Al Bloom, director of marketing. "We see it as a way of saying thank you to their great store personnel."
