Neophyte ghostbusters Thorn and Masterson track down "super natural" (get it?) phantasms in an empty, sunny San Fernando Valley estate ... which is about as spooky as the International House of Pancakes.

The pair of paranormal investigators split up, roaming (or should we say boning) from room to room. Need we say more? You know the drill: "porn sex," not real sex. The movie contains a few pretty faces (and, thank God, natural bods). Neither the plot nor the action go anywhere unexpected. Thorn's watchable romp with Reno is distinguished only in that it helps to pull up the rating to a solid AAA.

Retailing: Recalls '80s/'90s titles. Should do well as softcore hotel version.
