This looks like it might be a pleasingly plot-heavy variation on the tranny theme – if the action weren't all in undubbed Italian. Also, despite the title, half the sex is guy-on-tranny, with the other half fulfilling the guy-girl-tranny threesome promise.

Still, the sex is both hot and affectionate, the girls are lovely, and the Italian setting is lush and pretty.
