Neglected by her husband, Miksako turns to her stepson, Kazuhiko, to satisfy her sexual desires. While banging away, Miksako and Kazuhiko are caught by Miksako's sister, Emiko. Thinking that Miksako is being forced into sex, Emiko volunteers herself to Kazuhiko hoping that he will leave his step mommy alone. However, the women soon realize that they both are drawn to Kazuhiko and ooze with jealousy.

The constant use of the terms Mom and Son are present only to make the sex appear way wrong, but it is also clear that there is no blood relation between Miksako and Kazuhiko. Since this is part four of a series, and will continue on to a fifth installment, there are some storylines left unexplained. Of the 30-minute run time, maybe four minutes are nonsexual. Lots of various sexual high jinks and positions are depicted.

The animation is the basic anime and is very graphic. Extras include downloadable versions for PSP and IPOD viewing.
