In Stripper School Orgy, Jenaveve Jolie teaches a class of five girls how to tease and please their men. The class is divided into two parts.

In the first part, Jenaveve brings out a guy and, while on stage, she gives the class a hands-on demonstration on how to strip for him, get him hard and get him off. As the girls watch, they get horny, get naked and get involved.
