In the first vignette, Mary Jane (a Bettie Page look alike), Amber and Alexis discover they have unknowingly fallen victim to a fiendish pantyhose experiment and that they must be restrained, with rope. In another story, Angelique and Zana get into a squabble that results in the women being tied to each other, with pantyhose pulled over their heads. All this leads, somehow, to Amber Star being tied spread eagle to a bed's footboard.

The first quarter of The Stocking & Pantyhose Conspiracy leans heavily towards the pantyhose/stocking fetish, but then quickly turns into a straightforward bondage fest. Mary Jane's Bettie Page look is a nice surprise, but the catfight between Angelique and Zana ceases just as it gets hot. As usual with Harmony Concepts' releases, the focus is on bondage and its intensive knots imprisoning struggling women. There is no sex of any kind, but all the women do bare their breasts.
