A perfect example of the auteur style of filmmaking, Mark E. DeSade directs, produces, writes and stars in Pulp Friction, a bold, experiment in BDSM.

The sex isn't revolutionary, but the film making at least attempts a storyline, complete with editing, and a clever time jump that ups the ante as far as tension goes.

Sarah Lee, who nobody doesn't like, is a gorgeous black woman, who looks great getting her ass spanked. Ultimately, though, the spanking is kind of run-of-the-mill, and the duration of the feature is only a half-hour long. In such a short feature, when a lot of it is talking, the spanking gets short shrift, and, here, only takes about 10 minutes of screen time.

Kudos for trying something different to Mr. DeSade, but his efforts should be longer and more filled with porn, if that's what he's going for.
