The bondage scenarios in Slave to the Grind revolve around a company's secrets that owner Marc Wolfe wants to keep secret. He employs Miss Conduct to keep a watch over the employees and ensure that they're doing their job and nothing more.

Miss Conduct catches Kayla Marie hacking into the mainframe, and the discipline begins. She binds Kayla to a few different devices, clamps her nipples and whips the girl with force. When Wolfe shows up, he punishes both girls. And later he punishes a third.

One of Wolfe's favorite techniques is the use of electricity. He shocks the girls aplenty, and they scream bloody murder. But although they scream, the punishment doesn't seem too rough - at least from a viewer's standpoint.
