What on earth is a workout dvd doing being reviewed in AVN? Well, this is definitely not Sweatin' to the Oldies or your Mom's old Jane Fonda tape! This disc contains a 30-minute workout purported to make the viewer into a "rockstar in bed." It is divided into four sections - aerobics, dance, yoga/Pilates style matwork and Kegel/PC muscle exercises.

The instructors and class are all gorgeous, some clad in PVC, and we think you'll agree, Tedje Rose looks so much better in gold hot pants than Richard Simmons ever did. There are helpful Pop-Up Video style messages telling the viewer what sexual skills this particular exercise is meant to help. The upbeat music and kitschy sets are enjoyable and fun, and we don't know, but somehow if it comes down to whether the workout will make our ass smaller or our sex life better, the latter would definitely get us more motivated. A great tape to market to couples.
