Two pimps from the same block vie for "King of the Hill" honors by having a softcore lap dance contest with their ladies. We see women in every shape and size parade in front of the hand-held camera, and there's plenty of booty shaking, ass slapping and tit flapping to make our judges happy. Eventually there's other guys walking in off the street, and the whole thing takes on the feel of a private strip joint in any downtown urban setting.
