Part of A18's "extreme" line, presumably because of the taboo incest theme more than the rather standard S/M content, Step Sister is the story of the young man Kyosuke. He hates his conniving stepmother Megumi but lusts after his sweet young stepsister Yuna. Megumi offers Yuna's tender flesh to Kyosuke as a bargaining chip, and soon he's tying her up, forcing her to service him orally, spanking and humiliating her. But his lusts, and his sadism, soon turn to stepmom, too.

There's also an actual, satisfying plot involving Kyosuke's father's paintings and Megumi's management of his estate. Everyone is reconciled at the end with a kinky threesome, of course.
