Sure, the nurse fetish has been done before - perhaps about 1,000 times. But director Patrick Handsome appears to have a knack for dressing up girls as nurses and filming simple, yet realistic setups in real hospital rooms. It certainly helps that he's assembled a painfully hot cast to kick off the new series. A few of these European stunners are ideal for driving home the tried-and-true fantasy.

The three girls that send this soaring to 4A heights are Simony, Vanessa and Kelly. Simony and Valerie team up on JPX in scene one, and viewers will be left wanting more of Simony, a long-legged beauty with reddish blonde hair that takes it in the ass briefly. The tiny, blonde Kelly, meanwhile, steals scene three with Sabina as she services two guys. They even double-stuff the dirty slut while Sabina watches. Then the statuesque Vanessa closes the show in memorable style in a strong b/g.

Handsome, who also directs the Precious Pink and High Octane series for Hustler, may be onto something here.
