Though you'd never know it from the shot of Crystal Gold on the package, Jeanna Fine is the star of this lukewarm takeoff on the life of infamous madam Heidi Fleiss.
While the actual story elements of Malibu Madam come off fairly well, the poor production values really hamper the vid on DVD, especially the sound, which hisses loudly at every seeming opportunity.
