Reviews

At last... something different. Bobby Hollander has developed and exciting, new and erotic concept just for adult home video enthusiasts.

Personal Touch is totally unique —nothing like you've ever seen before. It encompasses the latest "shot on video" techniques, giving it a sensational live attractive cast. Personal Touch brings to the screen such favorites as Ron Jeremy (whit his bubbling personality, as well as his other attribute) and the "joy" of Sharon Mitchell. Best of all it features some of the freshest, youngest newest comers in adult video.

The attractive Jean Harlow is so new to the business that this is the first X-rated film she has ever done. It's such a shame that a superb talent like this gas gone unnoticed to this point. I noticed! Also welcome in this film is Shauna Grant, a beautiful adult actress with a heavenly body overflowing with promise. She's just right!

Bobby Hollander himself introduces the cast and the concept of the film which in itself is highly unusual. He gives a hard sell approach to promote the film, but the viewer will find early on that Personal Touch is sexy all the way to the end. Hollander describes his film as "so hot you'll want to reach in and grab it... a real stroker."

The whole concept presents the actors in an honest, relaxed atmosphere. Ron Jeremy and Misty Dawn open the film by looking into the camera and speaking to you as if they were in the room right in front of you. Jeremy is in complete control of the scene; he commands Misty Dawn just as easily as he does the audience. "It's a tough job," he explains, "but somebody's got to do it!" Ron also has the privilege of being the first adult star to kiss, fondle, and simply devour the precious Jean Harlow.

Sharon Mitchell and Dominique find themselves "heart to heart" and "crotch to crotch" in one of the better lesbian love scenes in recent times. Mitchell also has a scene with Blake Palmer in which she encourages group participation for the viewers at home. When Blake Palmer makes love to her in her favorite position —"doggie style"— she looks into the camera and graphically and verbally encourages the viewer to help out.

Personal Touch is an outstanding sensual presentation which tries to capitalize on the honesty of the actors that are performing. The concept works well for the most part, but slips in excitement once in awhile. For instance, during the waterbed scene with Paul Thomas and Shauna Grant, the actors come off as too honest —the "personal touch" is well overdone. Even Bob Hope could read cue cards better.

But, every scene of Personal Touch is refreshing, graphic at times and presents its stars in loads of erotic positions and encounters. The viewer should have as much fun watching Personal Touch as the cast and crew did making the film. It's a novelty that doesn't wear off until long after the tape runs out.
