If you're looking for a good time, you can go to Coney Island, you can read "Treasure Island," or you can even watch "Fantasy Island." But do not waste your time with Island Of Love.

Two horny, (if not very attractive), young women want a sea cruise they'll never forget, so they shanghai a boat owner and set sail for the Island Of Love. Once there the duo meet two very experienced native guides, head off on private expeditions, and later join in a free-for-all with a comedy relief hotel maid (that's right, operator, a comedy relief hotel maid!).

The sex is tame and very lackluster, the shot on video camera work is amateurish, the oldest cliché in cinema history is dragged in at the end (it was all a dream), and we never do fine out what happened to the captain that brought the girls over.

With absolutely no redeeming features, there is more eroticism in watching "Gilligan's Island" than there is in Island of Love. (Say, an X-rated version of "Gilligan's Island." Now there's an idea!
