A curious sense of humor circumvents the script of Lawrence T. Cole's latest sexathon, Temptation. There aren't the blatant yuks of some adult films, but rather a wry, almost subtle sense of the absurd. It would be difficult to write Temptation off as just another wall-to-wall sex film, even though the story isn't much and the sex certainly is.

Desiree Lane, a bleached-over blonde (not bad-looking) with great nipples, searches for the perfect orgasm and complete sexual fulfillment. Her problem is that she'll only have intercourse if she's married. The solution: get married to someone different each day.

What the viewer gets includes Desiree in every type of sexual situation imaginable with a plethora of male partners that includes Rom Jeremy and Herschell Savage as well as some females (Gina Gianette, April Devine and others). Lawrence T. Cole's roving camera captures some swarmy, rugged sex in many combinations, as Lane is completely loose and very believable. Her partners all seem to love putting it to her, as well. One ménage-a-trois scene after Desiree married a woman is particularly steamy. Finally, watch for director Cole in a humorous turn as the judge who keeps marrying Desiree and Ron Jeremy in a typically hilarious role as a southerner who perhaps purposely, keeps losing his accent.
