Those irrepressible Johnson sisters, Helen and Joyce, are at it again. This time they've got their hot little hands on some TV equipment, and quicker than you can say, "Captain video," have invaded our airwaves with (gasp) X-rated material. It's just a good thing they kept away from comedy because the humor at Channel 69 is about as nonexistent as tax reform.

Ah, but the sex. Yes, what about the sex? Well it seems these two wenches, played by Kimberly Carson and Tanya Fox, share mutual interests. For instance, they have the same lover who waxes eloquently about style and technique in discount department store oil paintings. Otherwise, this guy's strictly Surf City. Helen also get to have sex with the President (Ron Jeremy) while Joyce plays wagon training coming through the pass with some strange guy who looks and dresses like the personal masseur to bisexual toreadors. And guess what channel is carrying all of this action live? All kidding aside, Kimberly Carson plays some of the sexiest bits I've seen in a long while, even to the point I've had to move my viewing to a meat locker to keep my contact lenses from steaming up.

Unfortunately, we have another one of those movies that starts out with a good premise and winds up like bad improvisational theater. And one instance that has me totally baffled is when someone suddenly discovers visual effects and starts beating us over the head with them. Then Herschel Savage, wearing goofy-looking war paint and nothing else, comes on like a nude Sioux in search of Custer.

Why, Herschel, why? Please enlighten me.
