Can any production that features one of the most colorful names I've ever heard on this industry -- Arrow Garrett -- be bad?

No, it could be on the slow side, which is the way this vignette-style feature starts out.  But when Mistress Jacqueline and Bionca get on the scene, the sex gets pretty nasty.  And the four-girler at the end is worth the price of admission.  Embellished, strangely, by the presence of a couple of fully nude muscle men who do nothing but stand around and look like male pinups from the old Mae West troupe.
