Bush League recounts the efforts of Mia Powers to get on a softball team – Powers plays shortstop – the premise doesn’t play with a full deck. Apparently Powers wants in so bad she'll do "anything" to muster team approval, even if it means, gasp, sex.

Wait, it gets dumber. Listen to some of the straight forward and earnest dialogue. Apparently everyone involved has very good intentions about doing their best in this feature, but thins just look and feel off kilter, somehow. Like character interplay but with pizzaman briskness. After the winsome Powers works her way through the pitcher, catcher, first baseman, and centerfielder, you'll be glad she doesn't want to play for a soccer team, then we'd really be in for a stretch.
