The story in Mr. E. Woman centers around a husband who returns to his wife after a ten year absence with his new "girlfriend."  It soon becomes obvious his new partner is a she-male who he constantly subjects to gang rape situations.  One scene where she/he is chased down in the woods by a group of zombie-like creatures has an A Clockwork Orange feel to it and provides some violent excitement.  There is some conventional sex, plenty of male/male oral love and, naturally, anal sex with men going down on other men.  This is a strange tape aimed at an audience who want to taste the bizarre.
