There have been other adult videos about houses haunted by sexually active ghosts and there have been much better ones. But there also has been much worse, so I guess that we're thankful for small favors.

Erica Boyer and real life husband Austin Moore rent a house that's priced way under market value only to find out that the reason is, it's haunted by spirits of former residents. Said spirits are still screwing their ectoplasms out and even have Erica join in. Why this would drive the price down instead of up is one of the great mysteries of the universe. There are actually some decent ghostly special effects, but the sexual action is quite down to earth. Neither Brigitte Aime nor Courtney nor Jenna Wells can breathe any life into their roles and likewise the guys don't seem to have much spirit. Best scene would be the all-to-real Austin and Erica matchup at the end. The supernatural stuff just wasn't super or very natural.
