The world of sexual psychology is given a serious going over in this story about a woman (Zara Whites) who tires of being analyzed and decides to turn the tables. In her mind, she takes control and she begins to fantasize about being the head shrink in charge. After handling the sexual perversions of her first patient, Marc Wallice, she is ready to take on the problems faced by Tom Byron. She is fast becoming the perfect psychologist! When she doesn't have enough office time to devote to a patient, she makes house calls after hours. Fine performances, an interesting story line and unusual photography make Object of Desire a memorable tape. The director, Jack Stephen, makes use of lots of still motion photography and acid-like colorization to give the viewer a dreamy sensation. All of the sexual encounters are good with those featuring Zara Whites standing out.
