V.I.C.E. is for "Vixens in Covert Expeditions," and is a private investigation company started by disgruntled undercover cop Randy Spears. Okay, so the P.I. plot has been done a zillion times in porn, but not usually as well as seen here. The slick opener shows a hooker/John transaction from legs to waist, very creative and sexy due to the gorgeous set of black-stockinged gams. Spears' cop partner Mike Horner tries to nab Cameo on prostitution charges after a (thankfully) Cal Jammer-less fuck with her. Spears can't tell the good guys from the bad guys anymore, so he quits the force. But not to worry, because he creates an even stronger force, thanks to ex-dancer Danielle Rogers, ex-model Sunny McKay and ex-hooker Cameo. Damn, they're like Charlie's Angels. Their first case is getting "the stuff" on a rich broad's philandering husband (Don Fernando).

All of the sex is smoldering, especially the Rogers/Spears tryst. Watching Mr. and Mrs. S. make love is to the viewer, a genuine —and hot— experience. This is how people who really care about each other do it. Cameo and McKay play with sex toys for a nice girl/girl courtesy of their pretty, natural, lithe bodies. McKay's alfresco photo shoot also shows off her golden form. All in all, this is a pleasant little feature with good acting, fine camerawork and sets, plus zingers in the dialogue about cops busting the victims instead of going after the real bad guys..An allusion to the recent raids on X companies? Writer/director Canterbury is back in form again. Kudos to Arrow for sinking bucks into bigger budgets with impressive results.
