Apparently, this is the sequel to S. V.E. 's Triple Threat, as it has the same three people in it (plus a few more), and picks up the "story" with them just having finished doing each other. We're supposed to believe that they're still so "hot" they want more; thus they go over to the guy's place and have HIS roommate join in. And then there were four, and they do it on the floor; ergo the title. However, as the scenario progresses, another woman enters—and then there were five. Just as in the previous outing, there are very brief moments of real carnal heat—they just don't last long enough to satisfy. Watching this tape is like repeatedly going from a sauna to an ice bath, so unless you like being frustrated, pass on this one.
