There's this very young couple from New York City who look like street types from a Stephen Segal movie, but they're really heavy into real estate. Anyway, she's a cute, dark-haired Italian (I think), and shaved so you know she's serous about her business. Her boyfriend gives her a severe tongue lashing, and she, of course, returns the favor leading to an energetic transaction. Then two young babes (blonde and brunette) and an older guy go at it in a hot tub. Oops! Make that long-haired brunette a guy. The threesome go at it on a blanket, and then the older guy does the fine blonde on a couch. Next up – two girls and a bottle of lotion. One is a little chunky, but it's no big deal in the minor leagues. After some unconvincing lesbo action with lots of ass rubbing, they catch two guys spying on them. Several position switches later everybody ends up all sticky and smiling. Fans should enjoy another solid entry in this popular series.
