This seems to be the new age for reworking old ideas. Purely Physical (1981) had Laura Lazarr as a motel manager peeking in the sexcapades of the various transients (ditto Taija Rae in Motel Sweets). Now, Tera Heart is hired by Jerry Butler to manage his small apartment complex and she has a good time peeking in on the carnal doings of the tenants. The accent is on anal this time with four scenes of same for fans of same. Dusty comes off best with Joey Silvera, but Tera Heart in her third video (as of this writing) is no slouch, either. A decent entry for this specialty market.
