Doctor Dick (Nasty) has a couple of problems. The more tangible one is audio reverb plaguing the entirety of this feature; the other is a cellarful of female ghosts (and a plethora of old lady jokes).
As one might suspect, calling a "sexorcist" for the extermination chores is about as fruitfully pragmatic as picking up the phone and dialing for pizza at the first sign of a stiff nipple. "Ass Busters" Jake Williams, Shawn Ricks and Tony Martino seem earnest and comfortable enough delivering monotonously-contrived dialogue that doesn't have a ghost of a chance, while Doctor Dick has a problem counting, referring to "seven" ghosts when there are only six.
The highlight scene brings the S&M-ensembled doyennes of depravity together, paired-off and collectively, in a torture dungeon setting. The all-girl scene parlays an equal balance of femininity, props, action and exuberance and offers possibly the best reason for renting this feature.
By the time this event rolls around, Nasty and head ghost, Lynden Johnson, have already engaged in an ectoplasmic pairing on top of Dick's desk. Enter the Ass-Busters. Lilli Xene, stretched out on a torture rack, solicits Ricks to help her. Well, he helps her off with her clothes, but when it comes to their anal encounter, Ricks' length of stay in Lilli's ass amounts to Olympic time for the forty-meter dash.
Williams and Martino offer a textbook execution of the d.p. on ghost Bridgette Aime, however, Jake and Shawn Ricks botch the same job on Kim Chambers when Ricks' dangling nuts inadvertently block off the penetration angle to Kim's beautiful ass. It's all downhill from there.
The feature ends with a contrivance that I fail to grasp (suggesting, perhaps, a sequel), but for purposes at hand, let's say that a Casablanca-style finish wouldn't matter a hill-o'-beans at this juncture.
A very stylish boxcover will most likely engender a crossover audience from the bondage specialty tape crowd.
