An adorable title tops off this adorable quickie. Mike Horner ably plays “Herman” while Ariana and pillow-titted Kewpie doll Chantilly Lace are the devil/angel that rules his head. The casting here was inspired as Lace’s wide-eyed, white-laced innocence bounces beautifully off Ari’s rough edges and black leather attire. Their closing lesbian scene is an arousing contrast of opposites.

Horner is seen interviewing two job applicants: Cheyenne and Lilli Xene, epitomes of the good girl and the bad girl. Who does he wind up with in the end? The sequences with each lady are fine, especially Xene’s spirited ride. To illustrate romance, Lace provides an anal with Vladimir Correa in which Mr. Wiggly displays serious wood problems, Ari take a digital/oral walk on the wilder side with Luc Wilder and is thoroughly probed by his leather-gloved fingers. The mutually tattooed duo have a passionate tryst and Ari does a nice bit a masturbation, but there is no penetration here. A higher budget and less murky videography would have been a definite plus. But even as is, Herman’s Other Head is heads and tails above much of the video dreck which floods the market.
