Technically and thematically, one of the better shows reviewed this month, Sex Stories is involving, but it isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination. It has the worthiest of intentions, excellent quality, a good story line, actors who are into their parts, and lots of location shots to lend it the feel of a real movie. So what happens? Something basically dumb. T.T. Boy and Teddi Austin are paired twice in two anal encounters (my guess is it's the same scene with additional footage shown in the second pairing). That's like air traffic control directing twin Boeing 777's into the patch of one another.
Other than that elementary folks pass (faux pas), the feature is well-developed, though hardly original in concept. Peter North plays a romance novelist who is burned out and needs a chang of scenery. His "friend" and publisher Sean Michaels suggests a mountain retreat. Of course, Michaels is fucking North's wife Alex Jordan doggie-style (non-anal), on the side.
Several of the sex scenes presented in Sex Stories are out of Peter's over-active imagination. The story-within-a-story is the domestic war between T.T. and Teddi which accounts for a large chunk of video time. While Peter's at the mountain retreat, he has separate encounters with P.J. Sparxx and Nicole London. The Sparxx interlude begins in a hot tub and works its way into the bedroom while London gets it in the ass but good.
The sex scenes for the post part (the first T.T./Teddy pairing shows no anal insertion; the second scene does) have romance, character, individuality, texture and resonance; and justice, in the end (literally), is dished out equitably for all. North and London decide to get married, proving that anal can lead to the altar.
