While a vid shot from a penis' POV may seem like a funny concept, this is one of those ideas best left undeveloped.

Neither the sex nor the humor ever transcend the ordinary.  Stock moderately alongside features from the past like Pussy Talk and Chatterbox; your hook is its novelty value.
