Under-realized interrogation fantasy with a few worthy elements, most notably Euro-babe Isebelle, who plays one of the inquisitors.  Too bad she cedes so much screen time to the beer-bellied Master Dragon. Also unfortunate is the daintiness of much of the "torture."
