Couples vacationing in a Vegas-style western village (hence the powwow, we suppose) basically spend all their time inside motel rooms engaging in average sex.  The typical give-scene drill is not enhanced by an Italian soundtrack with sporadic narration, but a little anal poker here or there ups the ante.  Valle and Dogg still look very pretty, so this may appeal to their die-hard fans.
