Significant Others should not in any way be misconstrued as porn. These six independent stories are about lesbians and their relationships. Some of the film is shot in black-and-white, and some in strange color. Some stories have no dialogue, and some, just narration. All are very personal and intrinsic to the gay community.

This is a video that retailers should stock and recommend to their lesbian customers, but probably not to men looking for a "good girl/girl film." The stories have an intellectual bent with great acting that leaves you with a thirst for more. Potluck and The Passion alone gives this vid a pre-nom nod for Best Alternative.
