The working class of England apparently expects supervisors to use corporal punishment on their employees and, frankly, they deserve every stroke they get. Miss Perkins is a secretary who's earned  good caning for her incompetence. Her employer, Miss Williams, like to make sure her message is clear. And thus her employee receives her wake-up call via bare hand, leather strap and the video's title piece. And it looks like it hurts, folks. Yum!
