Vol. 9 of this well-produced series is subtitled "Abnormal Nurse-Call," and it fantasizes and fetishizes the relationships doctors have with their nurses. In addition to the intricate rope suspensions and the gobs of hot wax, the director makes liberal use of medical paraphernalia. A gynecological examination table figures prominently in one scene, and other examination devices are used throughout. One nurse even pees into a stainless steel bedpan while suspended with one leg trussed up to her torso.

A particularly compelling set of scenes utilize gauze bandages, turning the nurses into Helmut Newton-esque accident victims, and one has her face totally obscured while still wearing her starched nurse's hat. All genitalia is obscured by pixelation, an accurate indication that these tapes were produced in Japan for a Japanese clientele, and this is their first American release.

Vol. 10 is subtitled "Night Zoo," and about half of the material is a low light, moody set with an attractive, well-dressed woman in a cage. Her keeper lets her out to force feed her some sort of gruel. The zoo scenes are intercut with other classroom scenarios that lack the impact of the zoo footage. The captive lady is later restrained and given a bath with a hose and in her final scenes, she has buckets of dead, disemboweled fish thrown on her while she is chained to the cage. The viewer's final view of her humiliation follows a drawing of a penguin which segues to the woman waddling in a pile of dead fish with her restrained arms resembling the flippers of the depicted penguin. Vol. 11 is the least structured of the three currently reviewed tapes. The greatest portion of the tape is devoted to the domination and submission of a girl in schoolgirl fetish attire. She is lead around on a leash, bound and gagged, and dribbled with hot wax. Other girls get the same treatment, and one is punished with actual flames due to incendiary devices.
