Premise here is a look at homeless teens in NYC - as played by Valley porn stars. Allysin Chaynes, in full makeup, teeny top, plaid skirt and platform shoes, is the first "homeless" chickie, getting interviewed by a camera crew before getting rousted by cop Mark Vega, who she takes back to her crib, a mattress in a storeroom, and negotiates her release. Likewise Dominica Leoni consorting with hardhat Lee Stone in a fully equipped dungeon, Calli Cox (a terrific performer, but 18? Come on.) in an apartment-looking place with a guy, Flick Shagwell walks the underground corridors and finds Kyle Stone, and Cheryl Dynasty meets up with another guy in another apartment.

Director Moon manages to evoke the underground of NYC without getting any closer to Gotham than, oh, Baker. Blue lighting and industrial surroundings (except the dungeon) help build the illusion, and music adds value, although some of the scenes seem long.
