Synopsis

This'd be good for a party-viewing sort of situation where the fanboys could make fun of the onscreen action.

Reviews

The name says it all: it's a smutty anime parody of I Dream of Jeannie, except with a robot instead of a genie. Uber-geek Akira buys what he thinks is a PC from a homeless guy, gets it home and finds android "bioform" Mimi in the box instead. Said android requires infusions of Akira's, ahem, "active molecules" as often as possible. It's what she uses for fuel, you see, and the more she gets, the more powerful she becomes. Akira has to simultaneously pass Mimi off as his cousin from Uruguay (!), and help her battle a conspiracy against Japan launched in cyberspace by American bioforms who are incredibly WASP-y and sneering.

In terms of quality, this tape is indistinguishable from most other anime. The sex scenes work as well as can be expected under the constraints of the genre (no visible genitals or penetration). The writing is wretched, with standard sitcom jokes flying at the viewer. Akira's voice is incredibly shrill and annoying; he's given to screeching like a howler monkey in surprise whenever anything odd happens. Mimi's pretty damn cute for a cartoon, though.
