Hardhat still on his head, Gordon arrives home on Valentine's Day with a giant heart-shaped box. Wendy thinks it's candy. Gordon has her close her eyes for the big surprise, blindfolds her and restrains her with ropes. Then the non-stop tickling and accompanying giggling begins. Gordon tickles every inch of her body using his fingers and a wealth of tickling aids including feathers, a dust mop and Q-tips.
