Whether or not X-Girls is a close take-off on the mainstream movie X-Men, this porn flick does feature super-villains and super-heroines with unusual powers. The pornchick acting doesn't help an already excessively cheesy script, but some of the performers, such as Mike Horner, make the best of it and are fun to watch.

The sex scenes are fantastic and beautifully shot; that's really all that matters. The action is heavily centered on b/g couplings, and there is one g/g between beautiful blonde eye candy Silvia Saint and Shay Sweet. The highlight is in the finale threeway where Rich Handsome anally piledrives both Bridgette Kerkove and Angelica Sin into squealing ecstasy.

The technical aspects of the picture can't be faulted, and the art direction by Nicole London delights the eye. Particularly noteworthy is the sensual visual style where Horner as diabolical scientist Dr. Wang sexually breaks in his new creation, Jewel De'Nyle as Metallikiss: Despite the silver metallic sheen of De'Nyle's skin, it still appears silky and soft, and even during the pussy-licking shots the make-up doesn't fail the illusion.
