There are a lot of real women in this production, which is not what you would expect judging from the title. Three out of the four scenes contain a woman who acts as a receptacle for the she-males. Unfortunately, none of the actors or actresses is identified so it is impossible to give credit to anyone.

Like the tiny goggle-wearing brunette in scene two. She has a terrifically tight little body with no blemishes and coos very impressively as two blonde trannies manipulate her. When they sandwich her between them, they dwarf her. She squats and sucks one and then the other and then back again to the first. The camera looks up, shows her lips and throat gobbling while framed in the shot with her perfect tits. She stands and is sodomized and fingered at the same time. Followed by a reverse cowgirl while sucking the second tranny and then an anal doggie. Then the goggles are put in place, an apparent concession to some government safety inspector, for the kneeling pop shot. A good thing too, because the two trannies coat the lenses with their goo.

The scene that follows has a real girl, real boy and an attractive tranny. Every combination of coupling follows including the real boy slurping on she-male schlong. He also eats the girl's bush while the she-male rides his rump. The first scene has a black she-male with spiked collar acting like a submissive to a blonde woman. Like all of the scenes, there is no dialog but the dubbed in heavy breathing is atrocious. In other scenes the elevator music detracts from the effort and lowers the rating.
