The long-awaited arrival of Buttman on DVD has come to pass.  Yes, all of the spontaneous, raunchy rump-humpin' that viewers have come to love is here, with favorite scenes easily accessible via chapter stops.

Evil Angel has opted to forego the multi-angles and bonus materials that are a staple of so many other companies' DVDs in favor of higher bit-rates dedicated to optimum picture and sound quality.  The results, thus far, are mixed: Rest assured that though the source material varies in quality, it has never looked or sounded better than it does here.  Even so, pixelation and artifacting are visible from time to time, particularly during rapid camera moves or when bodies really start to strokin'.  It's a problem faced by many adult DVD producers, one that we believe will be rectified as prices for manufacturing fall and techniques for encoding improve.

Don't let that stop you from stocking these volumes.  We suspect collectors will be snapping them up in droves.
