This episode of Max's world tour varies from the ordinary formula by adding in Candy Hill as Max's nasty protege.  Between the two of them, Max and Candy manage to wreck the rectums of three petite young things, with lots of near-fisting and A2M action thrown in.

The clarity of the DVD varies from exceptionally crisp to mildly pixelated, depending on the level of contrast in the scene.  The extras are minimal, consisting mostly of a few stills, and some funny, if bogus, bios of the girls.
